2025 Sept Release Notes
This month marks a major milestone for Mojo Helpdesk as we successfully achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
In addition, the September release brings enhancements, UX and UI refinements, and bug fixes.
Enhancements
- Mojo AI Copilot
- Response generation can be cancelled mid-process
- Summary button moved below the description for easier access
- Mojo AI Copilot tool bar appears only when adding a public comment

Saved Searches
- Improved list to be more compact
- Added option to collapse saved searches list for a cleaner workspace
- Long saved search names don’t wrap anymore that are shortened with elispsis in the middle. A mouse-over tooltip shows the whole name

Mojo Bot: New trigger condition added for due date or scheduled date is today

Attachment over-quota behavior
- In-app alert added when storage is nearing capacity
- In-app message improved when storage is full
- When help desk storage is full, a bounce back email is returned to ticket creators

Warning message now appears in queue settings if email forwarding is configured from a contact to a queue

Long group names don’t wrap anymore that are shortened with ellipsis in the middle. A mouse-over tooltip shows the whole name

Bug fixes

Fixed issue where HTML appeared in ticket description previews

Fixed issue where HTML was displayed in the email subject line for notifications sent via a Mojo Bot

Resolved broken media (GIF/images) in the how-to help side panel in admin settings

When loading is takes more than 8 seconds on slower networks, a prompt to reload the page appears

Corrected event log to correctly display deleted users

Resolved issue where Mojo Bot could not run scheduled tickets due to access rights.

Corrected broken link in the recovery code login page

Fixed Mojo Bot issue where the less than number condition was not working
